What we process and why
- Name and mobile number, to send the sample program you chose on WhatsApp and to contact you about your request.
- If you ask for a setup proposal: work e-mail, company, job title and team size, to get back to you.
- The program and sector you picked, the page you used, the source that referred you (e.g. a campaign link), message delivery status and your answers in the sample program, to run and improve the service.
- With your separate, optional consent: product information from the Rootie team.
Sharing
Your name and number are shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp Business) and our messaging provider to deliver the content; form notifications reach our team through our e-mail provider. These may involve transfers abroad under Article 9 of KVKK.
Retention and your rights
We keep the data for as long as needed for these purposes and at most 2 years from your submission. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or stop the sample messages or marketing contact, by writing to support@rootielearning.com with your phone number; we act on it within 3 business days.
